Choi lab에서는 다양한 유전자 변형 mouse 모델에 cell-type specific하게 virus를 발현 시켜(stereotaxic injection) 뇌-회로-행동 연구를 하고 있습니다. 전기생리학(electrophysiology)을 중심으로 하여, 행동 실험(behavioral test),
분자 생물학(molecular biology), 생물정보학(Bioinformatics) 등의 실험 기법을 사용합니다.
